Fishing Folly Beach – Capt. Geoff Bennett

DSCF3668-2

Started first thing in the morning after netting up some shrimp and finger mullet. With the tide falling, we headed to docks where we found lots of happy redfish. Reds eagerly ate bait under popping corks and then kept eating when we would pitch chunks of mullet under the docks. Had some real bruisers crush the mullet and gave us no chance of getting them out of the pilings. Finished the trip working corks along shell rake where we caught even more reds and a nice bonnethead on a whole blue crab.
