Nassau: Captain Teddy Pratt reports that he has been successful trolling double hooked ballyhoo for kingfish off the ledge of Salt Cay. Captain Adam Russell has also picked up a few wahoo with this method. Don’t forget the “Lords of the Deep” fishing tournament next week-end.

North Exuma, Highbourne Cay: No reports from offshore. The anglers have been reef fishing and diving for lobster.

Lords of The Deep
This deep dropping fishing tournament will take place on Saturday, September 14. The Captains meeting will be held at the Green Parrot on East Bay street in Nassau on Thursday September 12 at 1800hrs (dats 6 O’Clock, Bey!).Everyone is invited to fish. If you you can’t fish the tournament you are welcome to come to the weigh-in afterwards at the Green Parrot on the day of the tournament.
