September Page #1

September is finally here, and that means October, and cooler weather, are not far behind. I do love the rain, but my swamp is full and the river is at a moderate level. A big rain event such as a tropical storm or hurricane, could cause a flood and(DareI say it?) we are overdue for a flood.

Cary has about 30 years of gator hunting experience and all the necessary equipment, plus a boat that he modified specifically for gator hunting. References available.

I found his month’s recipe, page 16, Sautéed Shrimp Cakeswith Lemon Aioli Sauceon a friend’s Facebook post. Thank you, Gail; they are delicious!
