Recipe From My Grandma Hansen
Ingredients
⢠1â2 Cup Soy Sauce
⢠1â2 Cup Sake Wine
⢠1â2 Cup Oil (Peanut oil is preferred But if you have nut allergies substitute with vegetable oil)
⢠1 Tablespoon Freshly Grated Ginger Root
⢠1 Clove Garlic Crushed
Directions
1.Combine ingredients and simmer on stove for 5 minutes
2.Marinate Fish for 30 Minutes
3.Grill fish basting with sauce as you cook
4.Enjoy!
