Fort Pierce Inshore: October 2021

Around the Fort Pierce south jetty, look for flounder on the beach side. Snook bite will be good in the inlet. Use live baits, like greenies and mullet. Spanish mackerel and blue fish will be showing up in the inlet and will take anything shiny. Oct 6th, 2021

The pelagic predators and prey are on the move, with snapper still hiding on the reefs, mahi-mahi’s all grown up swimming along with the cobia, kingfish and sailfish. Oct 6th, 2021

Bottom fishing Is staring to heat up. As we fish the 80-to-100-foot area from Fort Pierce to Sebastian, we are seeing very nice mutton snapper and mangrove snapper. Sep 30th, 2021
